The website of a premium property developer in Tashkent: cinematic presentation, a floor-plan catalogue with a filter and three languages.
The task
The developer needed a site that sells flats as well as the sales office does: it shows the building and the district, lets you pick a floor plan by floor, area and block, and leads to booking a visit. The audience speaks three languages, and all three versions had to be complete.
What we did
We designed the structure from the first screen down to the floor plan, drew the interface and built the front end. A catalogue of 60 floor plans filters by floor, area and block without reloading the page. Visit bookings go straight to a manager, with no copying by hand.
The three languages are built as separate page versions with the right search markup: long names and different text lengths do not break the modular grid.
